Please note that all class bookings, memberships, payments and cancellations are processed through our third-party booking platform, Mindbody. Separate terms relating to bookings and purchases are presented during the booking process.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

4. Bookings and Payments

This website provides information about our studio and services.

All bookings, memberships, class packs and payments are processed securely through Mindbody, our third-party booking provider.

When making a booking, you will be subject to the booking terms, cancellation policy and payment terms presented through Mindbody.

The Frame is not responsible for the operation, availability or security of third-party platforms.

5. Memberships

All memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis through our third-party booking platform, Mindbody.

Memberships are personal to the named member and may not be shared or transferred.

Memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of two (2) months. After the initial two-month period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

To cancel a membership, we require 30 days' written notice, which should be sent to hello@theframemovement.co.uk. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to amend membership prices or benefits by providing reasonable notice to members.

6. Bookings & Class Cancellations

All class bookings, payments and cancellations are managed through Mindbody.

Classes may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Where a class is cancelled within this period, the credit will be returned to your account.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in the class credit being forfeited.

Additional booking policies, including waiting lists and attendance procedures, are governed by the terms presented during the booking process in Mindbody.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or policies of those websites and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Website Availability

We aim to keep this website available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate.

However, class schedules, instructors, pricing and services may change from time to time. The most up-to-date information will always be available through our booking platform.
